Installation and configuration

Add the tap-jira extractor to your project using

meltano add
```

Configure the tap-jira settings using

Test that extractor settings are valid using

The base URL for your Jira instance.

Cloud ID (cloud_id)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_CLOUD_ID

The cloud ID of your JIRA instance.

OAuth Client ID (oauth_client_id)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID

The client ID used for OAuth authentication.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config tap-jira set oauth_client_id [value]

OAuth Client Secret (oauth_client_secret)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET

The client secret value used for OAuth authentication.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config tap-jira set oauth_client_secret [value]

Password (password)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_PASSWORD

Your Jira password.

Refresh Token (refresh_token)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_REFRESH_TOKEN

The refresh token generated for your account.

Start Date (start_date)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_START_DATE

Specifies the date at which the tap will begin pulling data. This works only for the streams that support it.

User Agent (user_agent)

Environment variable: TAP_JIRA_USER_AGENT
