The tap-toggl Singer tap pulls data from Toggl that can then be sent to a destination using a Singer target.

Standalone usage #

Install the package using pip:

pip install git+https://github.com/singer-io/tap-toggl.git

For additional instructions, refer to the README in the repository.

Usage with Meltano #

Install Meltano, create your Meltano project, and add the tap to your project as a custom extractor:

meltano add --custom extractor tap-toggl --variant singer-io

Then, configure the extractor, add any Singer target as a loader to send data to a destination and run a data integration (EL) pipeline.

API Token (api_token) #

The Toggl API token.

Detailed Report Trailing Days (detailed_report_trailing_days) #

Determines the window of how many trailing days to pull the time_entries resource.

Start Date (start_date) #

Determines how much historical data will be extracted. Please be aware that the larger the time period and amount of data, the longer the initial extraction can be expected to take.

User Agent (user_agent) #

The User Agent for your Toggl API requests.
