Getting Started


If you haven't already, follow the initial steps of the Getting Started guide:

  1. Install Meltano
  2. Create your Meltano project

Installation and configuration

  1. Add the tap-appsflyer extractor to your project using
    meltano add
  2. meltano add extractor tap-appsflyer
  3. Configure the tap-appsflyer settings using
    meltano config
  4. meltano config tap-appsflyer set --interactive
  5. Test that extractor settings are valid using
    meltano config
  6. meltano config tap-appsflyer test

Start Date (start_date)

  • Environment variable: TAP_APPSFLYER_START_DATE

Determines how much historical data will be extracted. Please be aware that the larger the time period and amount of data, the longer the initial extraction can be expected to take.

API Token (api_token)

  • Environment variable: TAP_APPSFLYER_API_TOKEN

Your API token. See the API docs for more details on obtaining your token. Also note if you change the account admin, the token changes, and you must update scripts with the new token.

Organic Installs (organic_installs)

  • Environment variable: TAP_APPSFLYER_ORGANIC_INSTALLS

Whether to include the organic installs stream in your sync.

App ID (app_id)

  • Environment variable: TAP_APPSFLYER_APP_ID

The app ID as shown in AppsFlyer.
