  2. Create your Meltano project

Installation and configuration

  1. Add the tap-saasoptics extractor to your project using
    meltano add
  2. meltano add extractor tap-saasoptics
  3. Configure the tap-saasoptics settings using
    meltano config
  4. meltano config tap-saasoptics set --interactive
  5. Test that extractor settings are valid using
    meltano config
  6. meltano config tap-saasoptics test

Server Subdomain (server_subdomain)


Everything before in the SaaSOptics URL.

Start Date (start_date)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SAASOPTICS_START_DATE

Determines how much historical data will be extracted. Please be aware that the larger the time period and amount of data, the longer the initial extraction can be expected to take.

Date Window Size (date_window_size)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SAASOPTICS_DATE_WINDOW_SIZE

The number of days (between the from and to dates) for date-windowing through the date-filtered endpoints (default = 60).

User Agent (user_agent)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SAASOPTICS_USER_AGENT

The user agent to send with requests.

Token (token)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SAASOPTICS_TOKEN

Your API token.

Account Name (account_name)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SAASOPTICS_ACCOUNT_NAME

Your account name.
