The clickhouse utility is a containerized instance of Clickhouse useful for local development.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

If you haven't already, follow the initial steps of the Getting Started guide:

  1. Install Meltano
  2. Create your Meltano project

Dependencies

Clickhouse is packaged as a Docker image so you must have Docker installed before running the plugin.

Installation and configuration

  1. Add the clickhouse utility to your project using 
    meltano add
     : 
    2. meltano add clickhouse
  2. Configure the clickhouse settings using 
    meltano config
     : 
    3. meltano config clickhouse set --interactive

Next steps

  1. Launch Clickhouse:

    meltano invoke --containers clickhouse:start

    Connect via the UI at http://localhost:8123/play.

Commands

  • Equivalent to: start

meltano invoke clickhouse:start [args...]
